What Konfian costs you

A subscription, free if you wish, and a commission that only applies to bookings your clients pay online. What you collect yourself is yours to keep, in full.

0 % on siteCash, card on your terminal, bank transfer, cheque: Konfian takes nothing, the money does not go through us.
Online commissionOnly if your client pays for their booking online via Konfian. The rate depends on your business type and your plan.
Rate recorded at bookingThe rate is recorded on the booking when it is made. A later change to the rate table does not apply to it.

Your clients' cashback

On every booking paid online, Konfian gives your client 1 % cashback, funded by Konfian and not by you, credited as soon as they post their review, whatever the rating. On the Pro and Business plans, you can add 0 to 4 % on top, which you fund and whose rate you set: your client then sees cashback of up to 5 %. You can leave your share at zero.

Amounts excl. VAT, VAT extra. Commission rates apply to the booking amount paid online, rate table in force since 07/09/2026. The rate used is the one recorded on the booking when it is made. Bank processing fees for online payments are included in the commission; the only exception: if you cancel a booking that has already been paid yourself, the bank fees for that transaction are at your expense.
